"How Will I Get My Free Month Travel"
The “Free Month” travel promotion will be provided to all customers (new or existing) as long as they buy a new or renew a subscription for one of our products by the 2nd September 2017. The offer will be withdrawn after this date, so please ensure you sign up / renew your child’s next year travel with us by this date.
"When Will I Receive My Free Month Travel"
The free month travel will be applied in the form of a refund on the last payment of your subscription, making your end of school term (month) travel free.
For Customers on the 1 Annual Payment Subscription:
The price you will see advertised on our “Buy a Pass” page will already have the free month travel discount applied, so that you need not worry about claiming the refund at the end of your school term like the packages below.
For Customers on the 10 (Monthly) Payment Subscription:
You will need to email us between your 8th or 9th payment (by the latest) so we can inform you how to activate your refund credit.
For Customers on the 3 (Quarterly) Payment Subscription:
You will be emailed after your 2nd payment on how your refund credit will be applied.
"I Have More Than 1 Child?"
If you have more than 1 child traveling with us, thats fine as each individual order will qualify for this promotion.
(as long as you place the orders before 2nd September 2017)
